Adding videos to your website can enrich your content, engage your audience, and enhance the learner experience. There are two ways to add videos, one of which is uploading them directly to your site as you would images using the Add Media function in WordPress Editor.
Although you can upload your videos directly to your LP site, we recommend that you use a third-party video sharing service such as YouTube or Vimeo for a few reasons:

It can automatically detect the user’s internet connection and device type to play the video in the most appropriate quality. If you upload your video directly to LP, you are missing out on those optimizations and your video will display as is.
- A third-party sharing service provides tools for you to organize your videos. This can be very helpful especially if you have a media-rich site with lots of video content.
