What's your refund policy?
All of our products have a 30-day refund window so that we can make sure our products work well for you in your environment and are free of issues. More details are in section 2.8 of our Terms & Conditions at https://www.uncannyowl.com/terms-conditions/.
Can existing customers get this deal?
Yes, current plugin customers can sign into their accounts and visit https://www.uncannyowl.com/my-account/licenses/ to see upgrade options. When you upgrade, the full purchase price of the plugin you're upgrading will be deducted from the All Access Pass price. Please note though that upgrades do not extend your renewal date, so it's generally not a good idea to upgrade close to your expiration date. In general, upgrades are best suited to recent plugin purchases.
What license types are included?
The All Access Pass allows all plugins to be used on up to 10 WordPress sites. Please note that it's 10 total sites for all 5 plugins, it's not possible to use Toolkit Pro on one set of 10 sites and then Tin Canny on 10 completely different sites.
Do the plugins work in multisite environments?
Yes, all of our plugins work with multisite and we do support those environments. Please note that each network site does count against the 10 site limit.
What if I need more than 10 site licenses for the All Access Pass?
You're in luck! You can buy a 100 site version by clicking here. The price for the 100 site license is $999 USD per year, but it's currently discounted to $799. Everything else is that same as the 10-site version. Upgrades to the 100-site license are also available after purchase from your Licenses page.
Can the plugins be translated?
Yes, all of our plugins are translation friendly. We don't have explicit WPML compatibility but all strings in the plugins can be identified and translated in translation plugins.
What happens if I don't renew after 1 year?
Plugin functionality is not disabled if you choose to let the license expire. You will lose access to our support team and plugin updates, but that's all; users will not know that plugins have expired and there is no behaviour change. We do of course always recommend using the latest versions though for compatibility and security reasons.
