Support for Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash
We provide limited, generic (i.e. not site specific) support for the Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit directly through the WordPress plugin directory page. We’ll do our best to provide general support there if you do run into any issues.
Support for premium Uncanny Owl plugins
To submit a support ticket, log into the My Account portal and click New support request to create a support ticket.
Alternatively, to submit a support request from any of the Uncanny Owl premium plugins, look for the Help page in the /wp-admin menu. At the bottom of that page, click the I can’t find the answer to my question link.
This link (optionally) sends some additional information about your site to help us find a solution to your problem more quickly.
If you don’t see this link, check that your plugin license is activated.
