How to download your plugins

There are a couple of ways to download any plugins you have purchased:

• When you purchase an Uncanny Owl plugin or All Access Pass, you will receive a confirmation email containing links to download the plugin(s) you purchased. The subject line of this email is “Your Uncanny Owl Purchase”.
• If those links have expired, you can download your plugins from the Downloads page under My Account.  To do this:
  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the Downloads page.
  • Find the plugin you wish to download and click the associated link(s).

How to get your license keys

There are a couple of ways to view the license keys for any plugins you have purchased:

• When you purchase an Uncanny Owl plugin or All Access Pass, you will receive a confirmation email containing the licence keys for the the plugin(s) you purchased. (The All Access Pass includes all 5 of our premium plugins, but a single license key that will work with all 5.) The subject line of this email is “Your Uncanny Owl Purchase”.
• You can also view your licenses from the Plugin licenses page under My Account.  To do this:
  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the Plugin licenses page.
  • Copy the license key you’re looking for and paste it into the license field on your plugin’s Settings page, then click Activate license.
