An up-to-date, modern browser such as:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- MacOS Safari
Internet Explorer is not supported.
Permalinks
For Tin Canny to work properly the Permalink settings on your site (under Settings > Permalinks as an admin) cannot be set to Plain. Any other setting should work, but if you’re having trouble capturing data and errors are reported, double-check your permalink settings.
Hosting requirements
Minimum requirements are:
- PHP 7.4+
- WordPress 5.4
- 256MB of memory allocated to WordPress
We recommend the following for optimal performance:
- PHP 8.0+
- A WordPress-optimized host
- Additional WordPress memory (some times may require 512 MB or more to report on large data sets)
