- If you provided the correct information, you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you need to access the account of someone who previously purchased a plugin but has since left your company or is no longer affiliated with your organization and you do not have access to their email, you will need to reach out to our support to request access to their account. Please provide the following information:
- The name and email address of the person who purchased the license
- The reason you require access to their account
- The product license key
