If you feel that an Uncanny Owl plugin isn’t quite what your site needs, we can help you determine whether you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.

Determining if You’re Eligible for a Refund

Uncanny Owl is proud to offer a 100% no-risk guarantee. If you purchase any Uncanny Owl plugin and decide within the first 14 days that it isn’t a good fit, we’ll provide you with a full refund.

Once this period is up, you can’t get a refund, but you can still cancel your subscription or downgrade your license.

Additionally, our money back guarantee only applies to new purchases, not renewals.  (You will receive a reminder 2 weeks before your subscription renews, so be sure to cancel prior to your renewal date if you don’t want to renew.)

Requesting a Refund

If you’d like to receive a refund within our 14-day no-risk guarantee window, please open a support request from your account area. Our team will respond as soon as possible to keep you updated on the status of your refund.
