License vs. subscription
A plugin license is distinct from a plugin subscription. While an active plugin license provides you with updates and access to our support team, a subscription refers to an automatic recurring annual payment to renew your license (and keep it active).
Renewing your license
When you purchase a plugin from us, a subscription is automatically created to ensure your license is renewed automatically and you don’t miss out on updates or support while you are using the product. The license will automatically be renewed one year after your initial purchase, and your original method of payment will be charged the renewal amount.
Cancelling your subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription to any of our products, you can easily do so through the Purchases and Subscriptions page. Here are the steps to cancel:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Purchases & Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you wish to cancel, and click Cancel. You may be asked a few questions so we can better understand why you are cancelling your subscription and how we can improve our product/service.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, but your plugin license will continue to be validuntil its expiration date (typically, your subscription renewal date). After subscription cancellation, you can confirm that your license is still active by visiting the Plugin licenses page.
Reactivating a cancelled subscription
If you cancelled your subscription but wish to reactivate it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Purchases & Subscriptions.
- Find the cancelled subscription you wish to reactivate and click Reactivate.
Note that if the license associated with the subscription is expired, your payment method will be charged immediately and your license reactivated. If it has not yet expired, your payment method will not be charged until the subscription renewal date.
