As we mentioned in the introduction of this lesson, a course can have three levels of content: course (homepage), lessons, and topics. A course can contain any number of lessons, each of which can optionally contain any number of topics.
In this video tutorial, you’ll learn how to create a new lesson and associate it with a course, how to restrict access to a lesson, and how to configure settings that help track learner progress.
As you can see, editing a lesson is similar to editing a page. You can use either the default WordPress Editor (recommended) or Divi Builder to format your content. You can add any media including image, audio and video. You can also add interactive content you created with H5P. We’ll cover adding media and other interactive content in a different lesson.
Let’s look at how to add a topic next.
