Building and Managing Forms
In addition to presenting information to your visitors, you may also need to collect data from them using forms. A common example is a contact form through which your site visitors can send you inquiries or provide feedback. There are many use cases of using forms in your LP courses. For example, you may use forms for pre-test to find out what learners already know about the subjects you’ll introduce in your course, or to get a better understand of your learner demographics. Similarly, you can show a survey at the end of a course to gather feedback from your learners. The possibilities are endless!
Creating a form can be as simple as naming your new form, adding a few fields, and embedding it into a page. You can also create complex forms such as a custom registration form that can be re-purposed on the user profile page. We’ll show you how to do both in this lesson.
